Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Items & Final Sale
Most of our products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer.
For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Incorrect size selection or customer-provided measurements
Sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements, size selection, or fit expectations are not considered defects.
Minor variations (up to 1โ2 cm) may occur due to the handmade production process and are considered acceptable.
2. Incorrect or Defective Items
We only accept return, refund, or replacement requests if the issue is caused by us, including:

You received an incorrect item, or

The item has a major defect that occurred before shipping
3. Reporting Timeframe (Within 48 Hours)
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
4. Required Evidence
To be eligible for review, customers must provide clear and complete evidence, including:

An unboxing video (from unopened package to full product reveal)

Clear photos showing the issue
Requests without sufficient evidence may be declined.
5. Resolution
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed:

We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take up to 30 days from the date the request is approved.
6. Return Authorization Required
Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Items returned without prior approval or sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
